The Analyst position at Greenhill offers qualified candidates exposure to all aspects of the global fund placement advisory business. The Private Capital Advisory Group is positioned to drive a comprehensive global marketing effort for its clients, and the analyst position plays an integral part in the team’s success. Due to the small size of the Private Capital Advisory team, an Analyst position at Greenhill provides outstanding experience and unparalleled exposure to the senior professionals. Analyst responsibilities include drafting private placement memoranda, preparing presentations, coordinating due diligence and client meetings, conducting research, and assisting in analyses and the valuation of private fund investment portfolios and private companies.


Qualified candidates for an Analyst position at Greenhill must exhibit a strong history of exceptional academic achievement in conjunction with a mix of strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Candidates should also have excellent organizational and time management skills as well as demonstrable leadership qualities. Any experience in or knowledge of private equity is preferred.
