Guided online learning, corporate training seminars, and private tutoring services are also available. L.A. instructors have expertise across the capital structure and cover everything from modeling and structuring equity investments to placing senior secured debt.
Our classes cater to individuals interested in investment banking, sales & trading, investment management, private equity, mezzanine finance, structured finance, venture debt, distressed credit, and turnaround consulting. L.A. is the only program offered globally that focuses on the capital structure and industry specific training. Our industry curriculum includes training in Business Services, Energy, Technology, Industrials, and Real Estate investment banking. More specifically, our energy curriculum focuses on modeling considerations for Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream energy players in the United States and Canada.
Leverage Academy also provides resume consulting, career guidance, and potential internship opportunities to students who enroll. Instructors work closely with students to identify career objectives and long term goals. After conducting over 1,500 interviews, L.A.'s network of professionals provides tips to students and young professionals on interview preparation and etiquette. Both technical and behavioral interview concepts are addressed. Interviewers highlight strengths and weaknesses for students on a 20 point scale. Mock interviews and review materials are provided to encourage practice and the understanding of key concepts.
L.A.'s vast network includes counselors for MBA admissions and CFA preparation. Resources are also available for FINRA Examinations including the Series 7 exam for General Securities Representatives.
